If You Practice Laziness & Procrastination, It Will Become An Addictive Habit: The Z-Vlog 2
This is the second episode of The Z-Vlog. Short for Zulfeh-Vlog
These were supposed to be consistent episodes, however it's taken nearly a month to get the second one out.
I therefore touch upon habits and routine, as this was the reason I was unable to stay consistent.
Despite knowing the pitfalls of social media, you can still get caught up in the trap of consumption.
Consume too much and it starts to create brain-fog, where you become lazy and your productivity takes a hit.
Laziness, procrastination and time-wasting can become addictive habits if you keep doing them; which then makes it harder to break out of doing them.
Therefore if you find yourself stuck in a rut, you have to make changes, one thing at a time - which is what i'm now doing.
